Connect USB cable to Samsung Wideo & USB port of PC. |
| Step2: |
On Wideo handset select following options in order.
Menu » Organiser » User memory »Connect to PC » Enter
password as 00000000 ( 8 Zeros). |
| Step 3: |
Now you can observe “No Call or SMS“ on display screen of Wideo mobile and observe SCH-E159 drive on your computer along with C – Drive. |
| Step4: |
SCH-E159 drive has 45 MB user memory. It has the following 6 folders .
- MP3: Copy songs from your computer and paste the same in this folder . ( Paste directly into folder, without sub folder in MP3 folder, This allows you to play through MP3 Shortcut on Mobile).
- Single :Photos taken in single shot , saved in this folder. Or you can copy photos from your PC to this folder and view same on mobile.
- Multi :Photos taken in Serial shot & divided shot, saved in folder.
- Vcam: Video recording by Video Cam recording, Picture message ,Video Message are going to save in this folder.
- Name card: Edit your Name card with all your details.
- Others: Save any data in this folder. It can not be viewed on mobile.

How Can I Copy phone book from PC to Mobile or vice versa ? |

Down load Samsung USB Driver & PC Sync software’s from following link .

Install Samsung USB driver & PC Sync Software as described in Wideo (E159) Modem Installation Guide in above link. |
| Step 3: |
After successful installation of the above software’s, PCLink2003 shortcut file will be created on desktop. Connect mobile& PC through USB data cable. |

Click on PC Link shortcut ,you will observe following window.

Click on ‘Phonebook’ on Right side options.All top Icons will be activated.
Select PC to Mobile or Mobile to PC option as your choice and phone book will be transferred.

On Wideo phone , select I.Beam » File Transfer » Select Received mode for receiving from any other IR device / Select Send name card for sending name card to any IR device /Select Send Phone book for sending phone book to any other IR device / Select Send my album for sending photos any other IR device.
- Please make sure that IR ports of Wideo and other IR Device are on line of sight.
